If you have been following my blog for long you will know that this has been a very long learning curve for me, and I still struggle with “letting go” and not stressing out and let faith and positive law rule my world. But I am getting better.

Here is the break down.We have needed a new car for a long time and we have been waiting for the “right” time or the time it makes the most sense. The funny thing is that over the past 3 years, there has never been a so called right time, so was starting to believe that there was never going to be…hello…negative nanny!

What I have learned in this process is that it makes the most sense, and is the right time, when you NEED it to be!

We have been saving since tax returns for a trip to Florida. We wanted to surprise our 6-year old with a trip to Disney World. Not an oh so comfortable trip in our tiny Mazda Protege.

I decided that it was time to quit fighting my husband about the timing and decided that we would spend our 7th anniversary car shopping. He is going to be getting a raise, but it is unknown when (long story) but we know it will be in the next handful of months.

I decided to go into it with the attitude, “if it’s meant to be, we will find a car and get a good deal.” See we filled bankruptcy back in 2008 so we are not the  best credit risk for a few more years. However, I knew if it was meant to be, we would get the car.

So instead of running around scared and negative, I shopped around like we were going to get something sweet, that we could afford and that is what happened. It was a whirlwind and only took 3 days but we did walk out with a new Chrysler Town and Country Van. yes a van. I am now a soccer Mom. I would never have chosen a van but when you have 5 people that need to be driven around and a place for luggage then a van it shall be.

I grew up in Utah and have always made fun of Mormon Moms and their vans. I can do that, I was raised Mormon. But  now I am that Mom…scary right?!

I do have to admit that it is nice to have. Tons of space and the kids can get in and out very easily and I can take my awesome black lab in the car too! That was the selling point for me…my dog!

So now we have not got our raise yet, but have confirmation of May or June. Our first payment is May 15…will we do it? Well if negative nanny comes back into my head then no it won’t  happen. But if I continue my positive journey and know that it will get paid because it is the right time then it will. Hmmmm, I chose B! It is not like we went out and bout a sports car that is way out of our means.We bought something we needed to have and it WILL work out!

You got to spend it to get it…that is what all the self-help books and audio tell me and this is the ONE rule I have the hardest time with!

There have been times in the past couple years where I have learned this to be true but it is my biggest downfall when I need to practice this law of attraction rule and one that I WILL conquer.

So my latest over the past couple weeks…I guess you could say my “test.”My Husband and I have started a new website HealthyHerbalNutrients.com and you know with any new business venture there is a time when you do not make much of a profit. That is normal and one that steers most people from starting a new business.

We got lucky and did not have to invest a lot of money into starting the business but we do need to invest advertising money. This is a tough one when you live pay check to pay check.

The company was started just this year, February 2012 to be exact. It has only been a couple months. We are also surprising our kids with a trip to Disney World next week so we have been scraping every single penny, saved most our taxes, and we are really being frugal with what we have spent money on.

An opportunity came up for me to send about 8 bloggers, some with awesome traffic, free product to do reviews for us. This took a pretty large chunk out of our vacation fund, but I HAD to do it.

I battled with myself tor a week or better…”is it the right time, should I wait?”

Then I had to take myself back to my Journey and I said to myself…”if you put it out there, it will come back.” It was at that point I decided that it would NEVER be a perfect time and that if I want the business to grow then I need to practice what I preach “positive law of attraction,” and get our product out there ASAP. So I sent the product and paid the shipping and now I have 7 actually ready to post reviews and so far ALL of them love the product. Of course that is no surprise, it is an awesome product, but people want to hear from customers, not the owners, how good a product is. Word of mouth is the best advertisement for ANY business.

So reviews go up in the next few weeks. Instead of being scared what they will say I am excited and I mean real excited. This is another lesson I have learned over this process.

If we reap what we sew then if I feel negative that the reviews will not help with traffic to our website and gain us potential customers then it won’t. If I go into it with a positive open mind then it will…I know it will!

I have learned, that for me, and I am sure many others, money is the biggest obstacle to change from negative to positive. It has been a killer of mine and mu husband’s relationship  in the past and that is so not worth it.

I will keep you updated on how the reviews help. I am so excited I have been up since 4:00am. Half from he reviews and half because Disney World is less then a week away and my 5 year old will be so surprised. We will actually be there, the first day, on her 6th birthday!!!!

Two weeks before our anniversary I would start to get, moody, emotional, and down right depressed. Every day would get worse and every day I would fall deeper and deeper into a depression.

This year I only fell into this “bad place” for about 2-3 days. This is huge for me. It has been 4 years, so am I getting better…maybe…it seems that way?

Why do I get so emotional on our wedding anniversary? Well that is easy…it’s also my unborn child’s birthday.

I was 22 weeks and 3 days pregnant on that day. It was about 10pm at night and I had gone into labor. I had been bleeding for a few weeks and losing water so it was known that something was not right. Needless to say, as it is really hard to write it again, I lost my baby a couple hours later.

I did get to hold him for an hour and he even responded to my touch on his finger, however that response was cut way to short and after almost exactly 60 minutes…there was no more response.

This is simply the hardest thing I have ever gone through and I do not wish it on anyone. He was just too small to be able to breath on his own and there was nothing anyone could do to help him.

After a year of total depression, fighting, and hating the world, I did manage to snap out of some of it. Now I am better but I do still think of him every day, kiss his picture and tell him I love him.

Our anniversary over the last 4 years has been hell. We have even contemplated celebrating it on another day…or not at all. Last year we decided that it was wrong to ignore it. I even made baby Brayden a cake and my husband and I, my 5 year old daughter, and my 18 month old son all celebrated his birthday.

At the time I did not know if it was the right thing to do or not but I did, with much pushing from my daughter, and it really was s the best thing I could have done. It is amazing how little credit we give our kids. My 5 year old just seemed to know what to do and she was right.

This year I cried about 2 days before. We went out to dinner and car shopping for our anniversary last night. We talked about Brayden and we did not fight, break down, or have harsh feelings. Life was good…we had an anniversary.

I miss him every day and always will. But I missed my hsuband too for the time it took me to heal. I was not nice to him at all and he put up with me and we got through it together. With all the guilt a Mother feels after losing a baby, it really can put a big dent in your other relationships.

I still have some guilt, I always will, but I have learned through my positive journey that we reap what we sew and I have to be happy, my son wants me to be happy. I am blessed with a great husband and two other children and they need me strong and happy.

Don’t get me wrong I ache for the day I get to hold and cuddle my baby Brayden. I don’t need that to come anytime soon, but I look forward to it. I believe I will get that later. For now I need to be where I am and raising my two children on earth. I will get my time…eventually…but right now my time is here and I need to be here now. Fearless, not resentful, and full of love.

So really…wouldn’t this be “world Peace?” Seriously.If we all just promoted what we love and quit bashing others and their opinions etc, then we would end bullying and war and pretty much all negative behavior. This is seriously the BEST statement I have seen/heard in a long time. This is all part of my positive journey to health. How awesome would it be to be able to walk outside and just be happy, be able to say Hello to anyone without being judged, get along with friends and family unconditionallyand just take the negative out.

Too good to be true? Some may say yes, but it only takes one person a day to change their behavior and rub off onto someone else and this COULD happen, we just have to let it.

Wouldn’t it be awesome if our kids learned this from us…their parents/guardians. Hay if they learn negative energy from us then why would it be so impossible to learn the positive too. Just a thought.

I thought I have always had pretty strong ankles but I think my age is getting to me a bit. I swear that I could have done this workout in my teens and even to my early 30′s but in my 40′s… not so much.

I burned fat and felt great but starting week 3 my ankle and knees were really starting to bother me. By the end of week 5 I had to be done. There is a ton of plyometrics in Insanity. If you are younger or are able to jump a lot and not get hurt then I would really recommend this workout…it works!

TurboFire is a staple in my life…I LOVE it! I am doing that now with P90X and loving it. Turbo Fire does have some plyometrics in it, but it is shorter and 1 minute at a time. It does not hurt me as much so i do it. P90X does have a plyometrics workout but I just don’t do that one anymore. I do the Cardio X or the stretch on those days.

So, I am still getting an awesome workout, but changing it up to suit me. If anyone out there has finished Insanity and has lived to tell about it please share with me and my readers.
